A renovation of a ground floor apartment within a large Victorian building offered the opportunity to open up some of the rooms to make the most of the space featuring high ceilings and large rooms with oversized windows.
Original shutters hidden away and stuck behind years of paint were carefully prized open and restored, and brickwork exposed to reveal the fabric of the building and what would have been life below stairs in its early years.
