    Design begins with a brief. By listening, we can begin to imagine the space, and build the concept. Steering our design approach to combine the client requirements with beautiful aesthetics and practical elements, we can begin to make the house a home. With a profound consciousness of space informing our design, we use floorpans and drawings to develop the concept and communicate our ideas.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION / SUPPLY OF FF&E

    Once the concept is signed off, we can begin turning our clients’ dreams into reality. This stage of the design process is how we finalise the bespoke design and ensure communication of everything to specialist makers and contractors. There is a lot to be done, as we compile detailed drawings, costs, schedules and room data information.

  • DETAILED DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

    As everything is now in production, we need to oversee absolutely every detail for our clients. We are still designing, right up until the last moment, as design evolves, and we don’t want to miss anything. We will check in with the client whilst ensuring coordination of all aspects of production, costing and construction.

    This pivotal phase is about seamless coordination of final production activities and delivery logistics. We are experienced in understanding the specifics of project timing and can facilitate smooth coordination of all that is required to marry design, production and delivery.
